Salas via Hastings has always made an interesting case for UFO intervention, but then Tim Hebert makes a strong case for Earthly technical failure covered up by the military to keep the Soviets in the dark. And then the reports from Russia they had similar problems (UFOs as scapegoat here as well?) -- so I don't know where we stand on all this.
