Not a military uniform or machine in sight. Civilians (industry), instead. Is that an insignia on the "craft"? Location doesn't look like Roswell, anyway. Aircraft(?) crash cleanup; nothing to suggest anything stranger.
There was a photo once of SR-71 wreckage being passed off as a saucer crash, similar to this, so somebody's trying to be a comic.
