This has been discussed before on this blog. According to the article, everyone and their cousin is seeing unidentifieds, and that doesn't include those who don't report their sightings.

Statistics aren't necessarily the reality. There's no telling what that is, but something about these numbers -- and our non-reaction -- doesn't compute. Because it certainly sounds like an invasion fleet is here, yet I don't see anyone panicking. This must be the craziest non-event event ever.

Interesting data but the numbers cut both ways. Either there is a massive alien scouting program underway--as indicated by the numbers she cites--or the numbers themselves are so damn high (even with 99% eliminated) that the phenomenon cannot possible be alien probes. Back to square one.
