More on the sighting in1945 of a humanoid in a flying saucer

This sighting mentioned here a few days ago appears in Albert Rosales' Humanoid Encounters: The Others Amongst Us, the 1930-1949 volume {Pages 268-269] and was provided by Richard Hall's From Airships to Arnold, A preliminary catalogue of UFO reports in the early 20th century.

The date of the sighting was May 1945, at 10:30 a.m. in St. James, Missouri and the saucer was said to be observed for over 3 minutes as it hovered about 50 feet away from the witnesses, before leaving the area, following the contours of the terrain.

Our friend Claude Falkstrom comments that the sighting was not credible, as I indicated, Claude following the thinking of astute UFO "researcher" Mrherr Zaar [Martin Kottmeyer].

As to how Mrherr Zaar [Martin] came to that conclusion -- not credible -- would be interesting to know.

Maybe he'll be good enough  to provide a comment here outlining his dubiousity.
