They don't even try to hide themselves, almost as if they're there just to be seen.
On a less philosophical note, a drone over Islamabad is not too strange to imagine, but why aren't they over Kiev? (Dodging cruise missiles, maybe.)

Loiter + transit time power levels sound similar to the drones plaguing the USN. Commercial hybrids can go for 3 hours-plus. If from Beta Reticuli, probably longer.
