The ephemerality and solidity of UFOs, which have both

A discussion with what I’d call “renegade academics” (in the mode of Avi Loeb) about the possibility of UFOs existing in a (quantum-like?) state consisting of ephemeral and tangible (solid) states simultaneously is both instructive and obtuse.
 
That is, the dialogue between far-out physicists, neuroscientists, cosmologists and those of us who are encased in what is generally seen as a common, sensory-received reality – normalized existence – is hard to cope with.
 
The oblique thinking of a younger set of scientists (academics) requires thought processes and thinking that almost reside in the world of carnivals and insane asylums.
 
But there it is…..philosophy, Einsteinian relativity, logic, and pre-20^th Century science all pushed aside for a whipping cream of bizarre concepts and hypotheses or theories that rival fictional outputs of today’s outlier novelists.
 
Two topics are on the ridge here for discussion: the effects of elec- tricity on the brain (and do UFOs impact that) plus Is it possible for UFOs to be solid and/or ephemeral at the same time.
 
I’ve received a number of papers relevant to both possible areas of debate here (and elsewhere). The papers have been sent to me or collected from my Academia.edu pals.
 
Any thoughts about either topic will allow a discussion set-up that rates attention…
