Yes. "Same"
"Toward" the WWI captive balloons used by Royal Navy, French against submarines, and this lead, one of the pictures of this recent buzz remembered me "depth charges" again submarines used in WWI/WWII. Cant share the pictures and montage I did, but it is in José FB page comment section for the curious.
As I have shared too, I ask the "source" to provide us the "verso" of the pictures (if paper/print genuine version) or of the mounts (if slides). It helps to detect hoax, detourned pictures, to determinate the date, etc. because possible marks, codes,etc.

The comments at that link....the stupidity, it hurts so much.
If Carey/Schmitt are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to "research", the folks we see commenting at that link are at the bottom of barrels stacked many layers beneath the Carey/Schmitt one.

The stupidity/ignorance in UFO commentary is astounding Lance, no matter where it occurs.
However, it's not just in ufology or UFO circles. It's epidemic across the social board.
