Creatures with instinct, only, may be rummaging the Galaxy

Arcades Cinza offers interesting items on Facebook. This is one:
Some of you may recall my postings here about ants; how they indicate hints of telepathy and other “paranormal-like” behavior.

Arcades’ note (above) provides an anti-view to my speculation(s) but it does give me cause to suggest (think) that creatures else- where in the cosmos, may have developed as an automatomic species, that is, living entities that were created (by whom or what?) and thrive by rote existence only, like ants, termites, and other creatures for which we have many examples here on Earth.

Like von Neumann probes, these entities are moving through the Universe, by instinct, reporting back to their superiors (“queens”?) that which their sensory glands deem worthy of note.

This sci-fi-like conjecture could account for the odd, robotic acti- vities of UFO disembarking beings or the UFOs themselves.

That such mind-less things exist here allows for the possibility that such things exist elsewhere, as the pro-Darwinians suggest about “evolution” being a routine abounding in the cosmic world.

(I disagree of course, but to diverge from that view, we’d have to review the nonsense that Darwinians propose for living entities throughout the universe, a task too complex for the minds visiting this blog.)

What (or whom) created the instinct drive in Earth’s creatures, even mankind, to some extent, as Freud suggested?

Our mindless co-habiting creatures, like ants, bees, and other warm-blooded and cold-blooded entities, live and produce, replicate, ad thrive without free-will or self-awareness it seems, so like-things from off Earth should be extant, and after millions of years of development, able to extend their mindless probing to include visits to this planet, as Gerald Heard explored in his 1950’s book The Riddle of the Flying Saucers.

  • Similar ideas have been presented last October:

But what if UFOs are neither physical machines, nor semi-divine beings, but some unimagined category of sentient, but not rational, creatures? Not clever technology, but substantial forms in their own right, yet not necessarily being clever by turning up here – just doing what is natural to them.

I won’t speculate on whether they would be matter, spirit, plasma or anything else. If we knew that, we’d know how they do what they do. But much of what they actually do, stripped of assumptions about advanced civilizations, is more like the playful interactions with human activity we all know from dolphins or seals than anything else.

  • I like your speculation, Ian. They could and likely would be extremely a
advanced, yet more playful like marine animals and many land mammals toward us (whether the occupants/controllers or as shape-changing entities themselves). What is left-brain rational to humans doesn't appear to match their trickster-like behavior, other than the avoidance of close encounters, most of the time.

  • Maybe UFOs are actually some species that never did achieve consciousness, but are just relaying on instinct and self-preservation? Who says evolution wants consciousness, maybe it`s just a mistake? So, maybe we have "intelligent" ( = they can solve problems) but not conscious aliens?

  • I'm about to deal with this, Jerry...

    Stand by.
