We're now going through a Tic Tac phase. Before, there were triangles. Before that, saucers.
Not the most precise recounting of history, but the point is that UFO proponents still haven't come up with a rational explanation as to why there would be so many different kinds of these things flying around.
Stories like this, within the larger context, make the mystery that much more ludicrous.
I've been watching some YT video discussions with Robin Hanson, author of the Great Filter theory, who believes aliens are out there but we haven't seen them yet in their expansion throughout the universe because they're cloaked behind the speed of light. His theories (see: https://grabbyaliens.com) are based on their maximum rate of travel being 1/3 light speed, in which case we'll meet anywhere from 10 million to a billion years down the road. He points out that if they could travel faster than the speed of light, they'd already be here.
I think some might get a kick out of his last statement.

Kelly told me this is the original photo and it really looks like a Tic Tac UFO.
I said, out of context, it could be anything -- even a real (breath) Tic Tac.
The photo tells us nothing.
