UFO Conjectures

Many realities but which one(s) do UFOs fall under

Copyright 2018, InterAmerica, Inc.
Our existence is made up of a number of realities, some mundane, some esoteric, some hidden, and others.

For me, the flying saucer phenomenon took hold when I thought, in my impetuous youth, that flying saucers were space ships from other planets.

Today, in my dotage, UFOs (flying saucers) don’t come from other planets; a trip here by advanced beings or civilized extraterrestrials would be odd, in that Earth is so remote and unexciting as a world, in the context of what else should exist in our galaxy and the whole universe itself.

But that aside, UFOs can be speculated as coming from ETs. It’s a possibility, a remote possibility for me, but not outrageous by any means.

There are a number of reasons why advanced species from elsewhere may have visited (and still are) our planet. It just seems extraordinary in the extreme for such advanced (meaning highly intelligent) beings to be spending so much time and effort reconnoitering Earth, for so long, if the account of UFO reports are accurate, even in a smaller percentage that ET believers often promote to prove a UFO/ET reality.

But some UFO reports indicate, to me, that the phenomenon is real in some context or another, with the psychological and inter-dimensional realities taking an upper hand in my belief system.

Yet, there are other realities that readers here accept for UFOs: they are non-existent (a fabric of total mental aberration), military hardware (in prototypical states), paranormal occurrences, unknown environmental or meteorological manifestations, et cetera.

I try to concentrate on my explanatory preferences, while others prefer to push their preferences, sometimes to a fanatic, illogical degree.

There are so many human realities that to spend an inordinate amount of time and effort on UFOs alone seems quite mad: cosmological realities, quantum realities, existential realities (in the philosophical and current vernacular sense), political realities, religious realities, cultural realities (preferences), et al.

But, for this blog, I’m sticking to the idea that many UFO accounts are hallucinatory, but real in that context, or maybe visitors from a dimension that abuts ours.

The ET crowd can continue to press for their UFO reality, but that’s a madness that gets scrutiny from my UFO context, just as the skeptical stance that UFOs do not exist also is thinking that falls into the madness category.

I am still struggling myself, with the understanding of what an inter-dimensional reality is, and not sure to be truthful, but if I was to try and explain, what I thought was a dimensional reality, I might do well to explain, the electro-magnetic transmissions of say; TV/Radio for example. The transmission of such energy, is all around us, in the very space we stand in, but we are not aware of it. We can not see or hear the result. UNTIL, we have an electronic device, that will receive that electro-magnetic transmission, that then allows us to see & hear the reality of this transmission.

    My point is this...

Are some UFO; nothing more than a dimensional transmission of movement, from elsewhere, but perceived in this reality by "our brain being the receiver" and seen as being very real. Having said all this though, how do we explain a RADAR Hit?...Could it be that the RADAR receives the same transmission? and sometimes, NO HIT at all...How else can we explain the extraordinary speed they do, without breaking the sound-barrier...you know the saying; Not even a sound!.............?

  • Daniel, you write:

"Are some UFOs nothing more than a dimensional transmission of movement, from elsewhere, but perceived in this reality by 'our brain being the receiver' and seen as being very real."

I think you're on to something.

  • In this case, if the brain was a receiver for those alternate realities, wouldn't we have more of a collective knowledge of the phenomenon. Out of 7.5 billion humains, wouldn't we have more than just 10s of thousands of report.s At some point it would be water cooler talk.
Also, moving through dimensions requires we assume, a large quantity of energy. If it's a inter-dimensional radio wave or whatever exotic transmission of some sort, why do they need a ship...

  • I suggest, there IS a collective knowledge of the phenomenon, its called; Ufology!:) and there ARE 10s of thousands of reports from Countries around the world, collectively! and many Governments of those Countries, have released their UFO/Files, except the US.

A ship that slips in or out of a dimension is of itself, a transmission, it has no mass, thus, no momentum! meaning, it is not equal to the product of the body's mass weight and velocity, because there is no mass, and is light as a photon "when in motion!"

When the ship is not in motion, like on the ground!? its weight may be 10 tons, or what ever, of its mass, at that point, while on the ground.

It is said, these craft can do light speed or greater, but not with a mass weight of some tons,..very dangerous! "Mass-Cancellation" while in motion, will defy Gravity & the G-Forces involved, in acceleration - deceleration - sharp right turn or a dead-stop!............

  • As before RR, I also agree with you on the notion that a dimensional anomaly/UAP -of some kind- is more likely than a linear traveling ET. In all cases certainly we are looking for a small signal amid the great noise of military gadgets, miss-identification, mental issues, and the frauds.

On the other hand, I continue to disagree with your "Earth is so remote and unexciting as a world." Our location on the outer rim of the galaxy might well be the more likely location for planetary survival and we have the unusual goldilocks zone water world with a great and interesting diversity of flora and fauna notably including the sentient (although there are also those insane and hostile brethren).

If there was an ET looking for pals this might just be the place to look.

  • I agree, Bryan, that Earth is a diverse, marvelous place that would interest ETs.

But to keep coming, year after year, in numbers that UFO reports indicate, seems a bit beneath good sense that one might expect from an advanced species.

And UFO sightings often (usually) are in spots that are mundane and boring: swamps (Ann Arbor 1966), deserts (Socorro 1864), dull water venues (Wanaque 1966), drab environments (Roswell 1947), et cetera.

  • Whether ufos are alien or not...

The conditions on Earth are pretty unique, considering we have discovered countless planets - but so far no indication of life resembling life here on Earth, nor a planet with similar climatic conditions as there are on ours.

So I would disagree with the notion that our planet is just a backwater globe not worth your time. Where are the thousands, millions of other planets exactly like Earth?

Seen from a meta-ufological point of view the negation of Earth as anything important to whatever visiting alien race there might be is a reactionary response to the early geocentric model of ufology.

    Best regards,

    Theo

  • I agree. Ongoing and numerous visitations make no sense unless you believe Steven Greer's opinion and the like which I can't buy into, the Grand Conspiracy there is just way to Grand.

I did however find the National Press Club '01 presentations by the long list of impressive testifiers quite perplexing.

There is, Rich! There are varying places on the Net. "How a flying saucer works" and then those who worked at Area51 & S4 in the back-engineering of crashed craft, with their reports. Google is your friend:) but I refrain from mentioning names, because some are no longer with us...........

By Blogger Daniel, at Thursday, January 11, 2018

  • Reactionary response...(?) that will certainly explain why these inquisitive beings keep coming here with all the complexities involved, to pictogram our wheat fields and mutilate our bovines. Get beyond the realm, they said: probing human ass and draw with corn!! If I was in a world with inter-dimensional flux and higher speed and energy than needed for my enlightenment, not sure I'd be signing on such irrelevant quests. And Daniel, a possibility or an opinion is not a fact. What you claim has no basis, in this case: the net is to catch fishes....

  • dubious f. -> And Daniel, a possibility or an opinion is not a fact. What you claim has no basis, in this case: the net is to catch fishes.<-

If you take that side-arm out of my nose for a minute, you might consider that a possibility or an opinion is more likely than a "fact" you will never recognize, given the mind-set you hold..........

  • So we continue to waffle back and forth on your site Rich. Earth is the back water crap heap of the Galactic Empire so it is not worthy of interest by other worthy civilizations...your past thesis that I paraphrase.

For arguments sake, I propose a solution that we and one other "unknown" species inhabit the galaxy. This makes it plausible for visitations from our "betters." But even with my simple solution, it remains doubtful that such visitations have taken place.

  • Tim:

That there may be only a few intelligent or fairly advanced species extant in our galaxy (but not that far away), offers a reason for one a little beyond us to be interested in our planet.

I am agnostic about ET visitation(s)....just not in the extreme that AA people or some UFO enthusiasts think.

Probes discovering a fecund planet like ours would invite visitations, if ETs are as inquisitive as some of us humans.
