God, AI, and UFOs

My academic buddy Bryan Sentes sent me a link to a new book:
God: A New Biography By Philip C. Almond
And reader Martin Black offered an AI book he likes: Artificial
General Intelligence Editors: Goertzel, Ben, Pennachin, Cassio (Eds.)
I’ll get both.
But I’m seeing a problem, one that has been hovering over me
(and others) lately, the human insertion into concepts that tran- scend human
reason: God, AI, the UFO phenomenon.
The Covid-19 pandemic, the George Lloyd-inspired “protests”
and Trump, all insertions of a kind of civilizational madness have en- gulfed me
(and others), maybe even a few of you.
God is a topic that defies rationality, as the Cabalists of
old told us, and the discussion of AI in technological and academic circles is
rampant with panic or cockeyed optimism, while the UFO phenom- enon has sunk into
retrospective, nostalgic remembrances and a horde of meaningless rambling, much
of it non-UFO related….corny jokes, accounts of past conference attendances,
past gatherings of UFO chums, and other UFO detritus that gives us nothing but
fluff or vapid recollections that are totally meaningless.
No one will grasp or understands the nature of God, its immanence or
essence, nor is anyone grappling with the creation of a non-wayward AI, in an ingenious, top-to-bottom evaluation, trying to thrust it into a commercial or
military basket.
As for UFOs, they also are outside the mantle of human
mentality it seems, as Daniel, here, pointed out in his simplistic [sic] but
per- ceptive way a few days ago in a comment.

God defies our limited capacity for rational thought. But only because it is limited.
God rebukes Job because Job thinks he is in a position to grasp God's nature. Job fortunately sees his error. He realizes his smallness before the Lord.
We should not recapitulate Job's mistake.

Let me again suggest a read ofJung's "Answer to Job" for a clarification of the Job tract.
Job is right and God is wrong, as far as Jung or we can tell, not really able to understand the nature of the divinity.

Haha!...Yeah, I'm still here, lurking in the back-ground..
Given, simplistically:) that God created all things in Heaven & Earth, as some may agree, and except,some may not, based on rationality. It follows:...
That everything after, is a so called carbon-copy, of Gods intent, one could say!? "That what IS" is meant to be, for reasons we are still trying to fathom, meaning....Life could be everywhere in the universe, as vast as it is, ONLY, we don't know it...as YET!? or do we!?....?
If there is intelligent life out there, do they know the same God as ours, or any God at all!? OR do they understand evolution of their planet, as to their existence!?
Why wouldn't they too, have these questions, if they are that intelligent, to arrive here on earth, with a technology, that far surpasses our own..
So many questions..
The thing is, if there has been contact with us here on earth, would we be told?
Probably not, because this would be part of the UFO Disclosure, and we have not had that, as yet!!.............

Here is Jung.
Job is no more than the outward occasion for an inward process of dialectic in God. His thunderings at Job so completely miss the point that one cannot help but see how much he is occupied with himself. The tremendous emphasis he lays on his omnipotence and greatness makes no sense in relation to Job, who certainly needs no more convincing, but only becomes intelligible when aimed at a listener who doubts it.
Doesn't he recapitulate the error of Job? I believe that he has missed God's point. Ironically.
Jung was a genius. Full of unique insight.
But he was led astray. Like so many others who tipped into mysticism and gnosticism.
The perversities thus generated fill libraries. Look into the Sabbateans and the Frankists.
The mystic replaces the revelation of God with the inventions of men.

Is it reasonable to expect that humans should be able to understand how the universe originated, evolved, and operates?
Although our brains are complex and capable of incredible things, there is not the slightest, tiniest match between the size and complexity of the universe and the complexity of the human brain. Astronomers estimate there are more than 2 trillion galaxies in the universe with an average of 100 billion stars each. All of which has been percolating and evolving for over 13 billion years. The average human brain has, at best, 85 billion neurons. This "neural network" simply isn't up to the task.
Not to say it isn't fun and worthwhile to speculate but it is probably wise not to get too invested in any particular theory.

Solarity....
Usually I'd say yours was a depressive evaluation of things but I don't think that's so.
After a long time of human cogitation a lot has transpired that is brilliant and helpful, alongside some terrible anti-human behavior and thought.
But as you suggest, we're not, after several thousand years nowhere near an understanding of our real reality, the purpose of being, or anything else truly profound.
Even those damnable, inconsequential UFOs still elude us, and some have actually come close to touching them.
