The secret agency, referred to in the heading, is part of, apparently, a sub-class of secret study groups filled with military men and agents of various government constructs -- men (and women) who have an interest or take on the cultish, quasi-religious elements in society, and in Ufology.
Nick Redfern and Tony Bragalia (plus a few lesser-knowns) have written about this but it never caught on with the overall UFO community.
But it's interesting, and I'd hope someone (young and anxious to be an influencer) -- like my pal Tanner Boyle -- might pick up the thread and run with it.
There's a great story surrounding the individuals and groups that may be behind the coverup and who are pushing back against disclosure. Those mentioned are likely to be involved in some way. But no one ever names names; nobody ever goes looking for them.
Whatever else the story may indicate, Wolter doesn't have much of a standing in the mainstream science community. He also has Jason Colavito railing against him (as he does Graham Hancock). Not sure that's a bad thing.
It seems that there are some groups inside the government who take UFOs maybe a bit too seriously and feel they are some kind of a religious phenomenon. Nick Redfern has a couple of books about this, doesn`t he?
You may be quite powerful but that doesn`t prove you`re sane.
