Here’s a note from Jan Aldrich on Facebook Friday [4/29]:
A study of such affective phenomena might indicate what kind of technology propulses UFOs, narrowing the technology to something possibly Earth-oriented or something a bit more esoteric, or unworldly.
Does it take us to the heart of the UFO phenomenon? Perhaps, but UFOs appear to be beyond such scrutiny….appear to be.
The propulsion of UFOs and what makes them fly or tick has fas- cinated ufologists for a long time. UFO geezers like the topic, as responses to Jan Aldrich note show.
Dr. Swords. Jan Aldrich and our pal Wilfrid are all good guys and real, long-time UFO enthusiasts.
I wish them luck and some meaningful results from the pending get-together, but am not holding my breath for a definitive ex- planation of what UFOs are.
The enigma will continue to confound.

Back-engineering physical effects is a new approach, something we've been calling for, so I'm glad they're trying something, anything to carry us out of the doldrums. I hope they can find a signature in the noise.
