Cloaking UFO (that is an IFO?)

Our pal, Bill Murphy at The Anomalist noted an Open Minds account of a MUFON investigated UFO account that indicates a witness saw an odd object that appeared to be “cloaking” itself.

And more interesting, the “thing” had USAF insignia on it.

I regurgitate the Anomalist/Open Minds citation as the story strikes me as a real, non-hallucinogenic observation, although the witness's sketch resembles that of persons with mental problems.

What the witness allegedly saw would bespeak the idea that the U.S. Air Force has mastered Klingon-like cloaking.

But, some would ask, why the U.S. Air Force hasn’t brought such technological advances to the forefront in its military excursions?

That old bromide about not showcasing secrets to U.S. enemies doesn’t work. (Spys, working for China, Russia, Israel, already have their hands on such “secret” technology, if it really exists; nothing is in a viable protective environment when it comes to spycraft.)
