UFO researchers vs The Roswellians
Copyright 2018, InterAmerica, Inc.
The time is nigh to break ufology into two pieces: the
sincere UFO buffs (researchers and investigators) and those who are obsessed
(maniacally) with Roswell, The Roswellians.
We all know who the UFO buffs are: persons who have followed
the vicissitudes of the phenomenon seriously for a while now.
And the Roswellians? Persons who are entrapped by the
Roswell incident to the detriment of the UFO enigma, wallowing in the
discursive minutiae of the Roswell tale to the point of imbecility.
The Roswellians are also the same persons who got caught up
in the Roswell slide fiasco and were heavily dismayed when that farce played
out.
What brings me, again, to an anti-Roswell diatribe is the rash
of idiotic commentary currently going on at my pal Kevin Randle’s blog
[kevinrandle.blogspot.com].
Kevin remains fixated on Roswell because it was his
signature research project for many years, resulting in several books and a
blog flush with Roswell detritus that he continues to discover anew.
The problem is that Kevin’s often useful and interesting
postings bring UFO dolts out from the UFO latrines of ignorance, allowing them
to foist Roswell nonsense over and over again, in psychopathic redundancy because
Kevin is a gentleman and wouldn’t think of censoring commentary, no matter how
ridiculous. (He does eschew mean commentary but only that.)
For those of us who wish or hope for a stasis in Roswell
postings on the internet and finally a real attempt to discover the source of
UFO sightings/reports, call for a lull in Roswell slush.
UFO “experts” and those with a semblance of rationality and
intelligence have to take hold of the UFO topic, until a Roswell disambiguation
has taken place or the "myth" is done away with altogether.
Kevin Randle has got to curb his desire to stoke the fire of
madness that any Roswell mention fosters.
And those, even me, who bring up the Roswell matter should
be excommunicate from the UFO community, until and unless those who keep
fostering the incident have died off or given up the Roswell ghost once and for
all.
