The 1966 Ann Arbor sightings, one more unnecessary time

https://www.mlive.com/news/ann-arbor/2021/08/swamp-gas-vs-ufo-debate-continues-as-author-of-book-on-1966-event-visits-dexter.html

I was the intern correspondent for the Detroit NEWS during the 1966 Ann Arbor/Dexter sightings and hysteria (while at U of M); this before I was a full-timer at the newspaper later on.

That there is this planned regurgitation of that several day sighting and its accompanying silliness is distressing.

Capitalizing on old cases like this is almost shameful and certainly a waste of time.
