Budd Hopkins is noted in the first case and Philip Imbrogno (above) -- the fellow unmasked by Lance Moody for faking his educational credentials -- ties himself to J. Allen Hynek.

The witnesses to the various UFOs, in the video, present details that, along with asides that might clarify what UFOs may be, as these cases have not been butchered to smithereens by incom- petent UFO geezers trying to relive the glory days of Ufology that buoyed their stinking existences.

The constant rehash of iconic UFO accounts should cease

Today [3/2] I came across Curt Collins besmirching his resurgent UFO Update spot on Facebook with a plop about the 1947 William Rhodes photo:

And Rick Hilberg dumped me on FB because I asked him to move on from his incessant recounting of old UFO cases he slurped in his younger years.
 
And Kevin Randle provided a lengthy account of the 1951 Lubbock Lights recently.
 
These fellows, not part of the new UFO/UAP crowd that gets the attention nowadays when the phenomenon is newsworthy, seem anxious to be part of the discussion but showcasing or regurgitating the old, iconic flying saucer tales is not going to do it for them.
 
These guys are the past. UFOs are now in the province of a new batch of UFO enthusiasts and researchers, “youngsters” with vim and vigor who are atop what’s going on among UFO enthusiasts today – 2023, not 1947 or accounts of the Phoenix Lights and that ilk.
 
It’s sad to grow old and no longer be pertinent…tell me about it.
 
But that’s the way it is, and to keep trying to recapture the nos- talgic past is not only sad but pathetic.
 
Move on…..please!
