What the hell?

Almost all visitors here and surely the regulars know that I’m not a fan of the ET or extraterrestrial UFO visitor scenario – because of the vicissitudes of distance, hazards, and time encumbrancing on possible travelers, although I could accept a sparse visit or two from a planet “relatively close” within our galactic area, such as Proxima B.
 
And I surely don’t think an advanced, scientific species would come here in craft that crashes all over the place.
 
So why I am so persistent in defending that David Grusch (whistle-blower) dude?
 
Well, he has credentials, good ones, and was in venues where he’d get feedback or hear (or read) things that would conform – maybe not confirm but conform – to what he has passed on to persons who gathered his postulations journalistically.
 
That UFO regulars – not the UAP newbie crowd – or flying saucer long-timers squelch his offerings is disturbing.
 
Every UFO fanatic, with time and study under their belt(s), suspects that the U.S. government has come across or has evidence of UFOs, maybe even was lucky enough to grab one (shoot it down) or capture it somehow.
 
The reality of UFOs isn’t in question, just the make-up of the phenomenon.
 
I think the things are nuts and bolt craft – or entities of substance, even amorphous substance like plasma perhaps or something along that line.
 
I think persons in the know mentioned such craft to Grusch – people are prone to ruminate on those things with which they are involved; it’s “human nature” to do so.
 
That some long-timers – many are pals of mine – pooh-pooh Grusch, when they, deep down, have long believed in what he’s related, is an interesting sidebar to my long association with the psychological attributes of UFO fanatics and hobbyists.
 
Also, as I’ve mentioned here (and elsewhere), some UFO enthusiasts hoped to be the person who would uncover the UFO mystery. Now someone has stolen their thunder. It’s sour grapes on their part as the old maxim has it.
 
So, let’s wait to see how this plays out. After all, that’s all we can really do.
 
Meanwhile, I’ll continue to plow through the effluvia flowing from the matter and present the pros and cons of the matter.
 
After all, what else do I have to do?
