The Paracast's Gene Steinberg's outrageous request

 Gene Steinberg abetted by Curt Collins and Tim Swartz had a guy -- George Wingfield – on the Paracast this past weekend.
 
Wingfield accosted Anthony Bragalia by claiming, crazily, that there are two Bragalia’s, one dead and one living falsely as Tony Bragalia.
 
When Mr. Bragalia – the one and only – heard about this, he tried to get hold of Wingfield, but there are no easy routes to the guy.
 
Tony then contacted Steinberg asking for a correction.
 
Steinberg asked Tony to send him (Steinberg) a selfie and a photo of Tony’s driver's license….a peculiar and insane request.

Steinberg has asked, for years and just a few days ago, UFO people to support, by donations, his (Steinberg’s) ongoing medical and living expenses, with no provisos for payback or proof of actual illness or poverty.

No one sending him money has asked for a specific accounting of his economic situation or copies of his health records.
 
Steinberg may or may not be suffering from delusions of grandeur or even dementia, but not providing a corrective of Wingfield’s slander is beyond the pale.
 
And for Curt Collins and Tim Swartz not to push Steinberg to do the right thing, is as bad or worse: those guys have a reputation to keep unsoiled.
