Why am I relinking a 1989 Russian encounter I've placed on here before?

In the Day One UFO piece put on here the other day from Casper's YouTube channel, that old guy, Boyd Bushman, offered a take (with illustrations) of what happens when a UFO fires up or takes off.

In the video above -- there is a similar take on UFO flight-energetics (shown) -- the concept and witness observation duplicating Boyd Bushman's take.

The change in colors and rotations of some UFO craft elements (parts) -- noted in other UFO reports are similar enough to provide credibility or information that confirms something of a technical nature that may be meaningful; that is, the observations, if true, provide a clue as to what may power UFOs.
