Prominent newbies everywhere except in Ufology?

I have a YouTube channel and an app on my Sony Smart TV, and I have tapped into YouTube a lot lately although I dislike the service immensely; the ads are ubiquitous and annoying, showing up at the most inopportune time.

Watching videos of young classical musicians lauded for their beauty [sic] and musicianship by one YouTuber I like -- Melodious Heart – I recognize some but the batches always contain some remarkable young people whose talent is spectacular, to say the least, but who remain unrecognized yet continue to thrill.
This brings to my attention that within the UFO community there are no – none! – attractive or talented researchers.

The Reddit and Facebook contingents of UFOers are old, often haggard, weather-worn, not a cutie or smartie anywhere.

Almost every other discipline, from tech, the stock market, TV reporters and anchors, medicine, sciences, et cetera, et cetera, contain bunches of newbies (millennials among them) who excel, are attractive, and brilliant.

But not in Ufology. None, anywhere.

Why is this?

Are we food for ETs?

For the sake of (odd) discussion, let me suggest that extrater- restrials are visiting this planet and have been for a long while – both premises I dismiss, as you know.

Citing something I’ve noted here a few times, let me proceed.

We humans are the alleged dominant species on Earth, and we have eaten and continue to eat all forms of sentient life here, those on land, in the sea, and in the air…even each other in some circumstances.

We also gorge ourselves on plant life, which has its own form of sentience.
Visiting aliens (ETs) could not but help see this.

Have they tried vittles from our menu, including mankind itself? (There are a number of societies, groups, and individuals that have gone missing mysteriously.)

Are those seemingly mad abductees, who claim they’ve been “medically” examined by ETs, actually served as samples for the proposed visitors?
(There are, I assume, many sci-fi stories with this theme. Ron and a few other regulars might provide some titles.)
