Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Rumble, X, Reddit et al. -- social media -- there are some good things, some lousy things (many even), and some ugly things, that shouldn't be experienced.
I try to provide some of each, and find that the usual mind-set -- the normal mind-set -- lets conversation and speech slip away as one "listens" to talk.
This doesn't happen while reading, by normal readers whose minds are geared to absorb and not dwindle while engaged in a book or magazine.
Resorting to YouTube videos is necessary here as I find many (most?) visitors to this blog seem not to like reading or don't have time or inclination to delve into deep reading.
So, thus a plethora of videos, forgive me.
Let me note that some of the YT hosts presented are more interested in hosting guests than probing truth.
But this may be the only way to get some information that is important whether we're hearing it or not.
