Copyright 2023, InterAmerica, Inc. You’ve noticed, I’m sure, that podcast hosts are busy
interchanging guests; those guests are other podcasters, usually, with a passel
of persons who are currently in the news about UFOs (or, rather, UAP).
David Grusch is being passed around, along with
“journalists” like Coulthart, Shellenberger, Kean, and recently dismissed – or
out of favor – recent UFO notables like Elizondo, Loeb, Mellon, (DeLonge, as
good as dead), et al.
And YouTubers with vivacious channels are scrambling to
insert other YouTuber wannabes as if those wannabes are UFO [UAP] relevant –
important.
Few, if any, podcasters and UFO [UAP] journals – the Debrief
-- newspaper writers/reporters, and YouTube channels, like Chris Lehto’s or
Rich Dolan’s, are interviewing UFO witnesses or offering persons with UFO
experience (witnesses or abductees) as subject matter.
They are presenting people, like themselves, who are using
the UFO [UAP] topic to gain a public spotlight, social attention.
In the YouTube notifications I get are old videos of
interviews and stories where persons who have an interesting or worthwhile UFO
experience are highlighted, but often such fascinating accounts are submersed
by UFO [UAP] concentrated “influencers” shilling other UFO [UAP] “influencers”
who have little to do with the phenomenon, except to promote each other.
In the ignored past UFO (flying saucer) heyday, persons with
a dynamic or fantastic UFO experience were sought out by inter- viewers, news
media hosts or feature writers to tell the public their stories.
Today, persons without journalistic cachet are bringing
forward other persons without journalistic cachet or a UFO experience, persons
talking about fellow social media promoters – persons like Joe Rogan or Jesse
Michel's who swap “guests” with only something to say about other social media
promoters.
Persons with actual UFO [UAP] information are swallowed up only by reference rather than the spotlight of attention or interest which used to
be the domain of hosts looking to enlighten their audience with tales that were
unique or vibrantly odd.
Today it’s persons celebrating each other rather than
persons who have something of import to tell.
It’s incest of a sordid kind, almost as bad as incest of a
sexual kind.
