UFO funding thwarted by apathy

As some of you, who pay attention here, know, we (my
corporation) has had occasion to fund (underwrite) obtuse ventures: The
Shakespeare Consortium, AI (transformational robotics), UFO research, et
cetera.
Recently, I suggested that some new technologies might allow
decipherment of the co-called Ramey (Roswell) memo. And I hinted at
underwriting some of the cost.
In that context, I asked for help in locating the currently
absent David Rudiak, but no one knew where he was or why he has gone quiet.
Kevin Randle did indicate that David was embroiled in a
legal matter, but that was it.
I found him on Facebook, where he seems to be active, and
tried to make contact with him, but to no avail.
It seems that David has abandoned his UFO activity,
including his Ramey memo clarification, and others have no vibrant interest in
what that memo actually says.
(A recent New Yorker article presented a technology
that is helpful in gathering information from photographs, material that, up to
now, was not able to be gleaned. I wrote about it, and hoped someone would like
to follow up on the possibility of seeing if the technology might assist in
determining exactly what the text is on the Ramey memo.)
There seems to be no intriguing or dynamic UFO research
going on or need for monies.
And no one has come forward with any new ideas for solving
the UFO enigma.
The UFO apathy is part of the current detachment from the
phenomenon, its ongoing nebulosity causing passivity in most ufological
quarters.
This passivity is evidenced by the loss of UFO buffs to
Facebook where most find the “likes” and innocuous attention there more
exciting than anything the UFO topic might engender.
