A copy of a concerning matter circulating among UFO cognoscenti
Dr. Jack Sarfatti
Jack Sarfatti is a well-known theoretical physicist. At 83, he works mostly outside of the mainstream and his publications often relate to quantum physics and consciousness. He has a long history of interest in UFOs and the extraterrestrial and opines often on potential methods of propulsion and navigation of ET craft.
Sarfatti claims to have been recruited by agents of the CIA and DOD to work on both the physics of consciousness and the propulsion of "flying saucers" back in the 1970s. MIT professor David Kaiser mentions these connections in his book How the Hippies Saved Physics. It is known that Sarfatti collaborated with Hal Puthoff, Russ Targ and others at Stanford Research Institute in the 1970s on paranormal projects. He is the author of books including the popular 1970s book “Space-Time and Beyond.” After a stint in academia, including as a Research Fellow at the University of London in the early 1970s, Sarfatti went independent. He does not have a LinkedIn page and just how he has made his living over the decades is entirely unclear.
In addition to being the Webmaster for stardrive.org where he moderates discussions on these matters, he maintains a private email distribution list. Sarfatti emails about 50 people several times a week, and their replies are included in this private “email chain.” The names of these individuals are impressive and include such people as Harvard’s Dr. Avi Loeb, forensic physician Dr. Kit Green, former Pentagon employee Lue Elizonodo, former UK MoD employee Nick Pope, and Dr. Ron Pandolfi of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
But there is another individual that receives these emails from Sarfatti and the replies that he gets from them:
US Pentagon Spokesperson Susan Gough
Gough is experienced in propaganda, disinformation, and opposing information to polarize public opinion. Gough appears to be the Pentagon's Public Affairs "point person" on the subject of UFOS and on the subject of advanced military technologies. She has single-handedly confused the issue of government involvement in such matters perhaps more than anyone in government today. Googling her name and "UFOs" or "AATIP" shows her long history of ambiguous and confusing statements. Before this she led the national security and “psychological operations” for premier defense contractor Booze Allen Hamilton in DC.
The idea that Dr. Sarfatti is
“feeding” Ms. Gough the emails of dozens of leading UFO researchers is
disturbing, to put it mildly. What would be the purpose of Sarfatti keeping Ms.
Gough apprised of this correspondence, which often deals with matters relating
to interdimensional travel, UFO propulsion and navigation, and the materials of
construction of extraterrestrial craft? Why is he sharing the private
email addresses (and the often unpublished research) of paranormal
investigators? What is her need to know? Is he helping her to “monitor” the UFO
community?
For what conceivable reason would
someone like Sarfatti update a key anti-UFO person within the Pentagon like Sue
Gough on the inner workings and thoughts of people making sincere efforts to
figure out the phenomena?

I'm providing the content without its original source as the sender, (a respected, well-known, credible UFO researcher) received it with the proviso that it was for his/her private use.
I have no personal interest in the matter -- not belonging to the group referred to in the material nor particularly interested in Pentagon affairs.
But the sender insisted that the content was important for the general UFO audience.
