What the hell? (You tell me.)

Rick Hilberg, as I've noted, is a Facebook friend who likes non-current UFO reports/sightings and placed this blurb on FB the other day:

How are we to interpret such accounts, which flood UFO lore?

Should we eschew (disregard) reported encounters like this one?

Does Jose Caravaca's Distortion Theory explain such reports?

Or can they be explained by psychological or neurological insight(s)?

I think reports like the one above provide a hint of what we're dealing with when it comes to UFOs.
