Tunguska: an actual UFO disaster

A new book about the June 1908 Tunguska event follows a YouTube video recounting the spectacular occurrence over Siberia.

I hesitate to get the book as I’m relatively saturated with Tunguska information, having long ago decided that the incident was, indeed, the result of a spaceship disaster, maybe the only real spaceship mishap that has ever occurred on or above this planet.
 
I’m not pointing to the YouTube video – it’s long and lugubrious – but, near the end, after presentations of the meteor, asteroid, black hole cosmological hypotheses, the voice over recounted the alien spaceship offerings, including these unusual and unique cryptic engraved shards found in the area during one of the many explor- atory expeditions to the site of the disaster:

While the event took place during the Czarist Russian realm sub- sequent scientific forays happened after the Revolution and the communist regime was in power.
 
If anything of importance or with an ET ambiance was found, the Western world would not hear about it or see what was found, if anything.
 
Yet, the whole scenario, as was reported in 1908 and immediately afterward, smacks of an extraterrestrial event, one where advanced visitors knowing they were in trouble decided to seek a relatively uninhabited area of Earth either to land or accept their final fate.
 
Access to the area is out of reach for non-Russian investigators so we’ll probably never know if the “explosion” was the result of a natural cosmological event or, indeed, a cataclysmic spaceship disaster.

N.B. A Google map image showed something in the forest adjacent to the Tunguska site: a rather large object that looked like a spaceship module which the YouTube narrator suggested came from the disastered ship, perhaps a salvation escape pod, which landed with the inhabitants now long dead.
