Can humans create events or objects (like UFOs) via thought only?

I thought I had an original copy of this J.B. Rhine book but
can’t locate it in my libraries.

The copy pictured here goes for $100 in hardback and paperback versions are listed on Amazon for over $500.
Rhine, as all of you know or should, experimented with ESP and other elements of what he coined as Parapsychology:
I was obsessed with his works when I was much younger and toyed with some of his experimental procedures.
And while many discount his procedures and “findings,” one knows intuitively that he was on to something.
And, of course, many find Jung’s postulations in his flying saucer book [Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Sky] on target or close to it; that is, UFOs are projections from the human psyche.
That’s not far from Rhine’s ideas that mental efforts and abilities can create actual material manifestations.
Does this allow a conjecture that UFOs could be the “solid” production/creation of one’s psyche, objects with all the conditions of actuality, producing figments of solidity that mimic or emulate real things?
(The above statement provides for productions of radar
returns, infrared reflections, impressions on the ground, film or video,
photographic imagery, remnants that mimic debris shards, and even biological
effects on the persons creating the UFO, et cetera.)
We, who are in the modern world, forget or don’t know that the shamans of old and even the god of the Israelites, Yahweh, provided material manifestations that had a solid, real actuality which provided, apparently, substantive results. [See my Substack article for supporting references.]
And Quantum Theory offers that some realities are created by quantum mechanic effects, out of seeming nothingness: "the ontology of quantum objects, their attributes, and their interactions, without reliance on advanced mathematical concepts."
In our world, the idea is discounted or heavily skepticized
by almost everyone, but should it be? Or should the possibility be studied
seriously and scientifically, despite the hollow dismissal of J.B. Rhine’s
work?
UFOs may be the manifestations of the human mind, made solid for moments in time.
