Two books
These two books came today [10/26/19]:
I'm chagrinned to note that the Holographic book wasn't in my library already. It's by Michael Talbot (who died in 1992, shortly after finishing it). I bought the 2011 updated reprint.
After ordering it last week, I saw it lauded on History's Ancient Alien show, but only in an aside.
I'm just into it, and the subtext that "everything is connected" goes well with my thinking, although I believe it's Dominick who disagrees with me on that. He should get the book if he doesn't have it already.
The other book is about the symbolism rampant in "the Long Nineteenth Century" -- a splendid overview by Andrei Pop (University of Chicago).
It engages the cultural milieu of the time period, something that Cultural Ufology fans are trying to do with the UFO phenomenon for the modern era, sadly.
