UFO Conjectures

Jose Antonio Caravaca provides a note about how the UFO phenomenon is interpreted

Ufology offers many readings and most of them erroneous. There are basically three ways of interpreting the UFO phenomenon:

1.- The interpretation that the witnesses make obviously depended on the experience that they have lived in the first person. This offers them a perspective that is close to, but at the same time isolated from, the whole.

2.- The interpretation that is made with a tiny part of the registered casuistry. Choosing the incidents that interest us and discarding what does not agree with our approaches. It offers a wrong, idealized and fictitious reading.

3.- The interpretation resulting from the analysis of the bulk of the casuistry, taking into account all the variants manifested by the phenomenon, the only interpretation that can offer us enough information to evaluate the paradigm is as a whole.

Underlying the UFO casuistry is a paradigm of important and unpredictable psychic ramifications, in which apart from an unknown exogenous component, the unconscious participation of witnesses in the perceived phenomenon prevails.

As a result of the third approach, we understand that UFOs cannot be what we want, or rather what we wish them to be. UFOs obey a complex phenomenon that contains infinite edges that cannot be saved by excusing us in the unknowable technological supremacy of a supposed extraterrestrial super- civilization.
