That damn Ancient Alien show!

Watching History’s Ancient Alien show Friday 1/21/22 raised my blood pressure as usual.
The scenic presentation is always superb, but the disingenuous commentary is anything but.
The usual gang was on board, referring to ancient peoples calling their legendary visitors from the sky Gods, the boys turning the idea of Gods to Extraterrestrials, as you know.
For me the reference by ancients to Gods was just that, Gods.
(Are the AA fellows atheists in disguise, removing the idea of God or gods, from their lexicon because they don’t believe in God?)
Rocketships from space needing landing platforms to handle their descending spewing rocket exhaust is such an unadvanced idea that I’m surprised that the “theorists” keep using it, along with the speculation that their “gods” from the sky – ETs – dressed in the 1960s version of human spacesuit gear.
And the suggestion that electricity was spurting from obelisks and pyramids is so unfathomably goofy that I wonder how moronic viewers and fans can be to find it credible.
There is a subliminal, exquisite psychopathic demeanor to almost everyone contributing commentary on each show’s themes; loopy mannerisms and gestures that, in the old days, got such persons ensconced in a loony bin.

Yes, there are legitimate mysteries – the well-placed hefty,
architecturally splendid stonework all over the world from the eras of
supposedly primitive humans – but in place from extraterrestrial visitor advice
or help stretches credulity.
How advanced could a species from off Earth be if they spent their time here placing stones all over the place rather than concen- trating on survival modes or health needs of the peoples they found here while perusing the galaxy (or universe) for things to do?
