With the departure of Jacques Vallee from active UFO research or commentary, and the withdrawal of active UFO participation by persons such as Paul Kimball, has ufology succumbed to a moronic element in the UFO community?

Sure there’s Micah Hanks, Nick Redfern, Kevin Randle, Eric Ouellette, Bryan Sentes and a few others you can name (some on the fringe of ufology, like Eric Wargo), but, over all, has an intellectual center disappeared?
