Chris Lehto opens this video with a review of procedures expected for the UFO/UAP Congressional slated for 4/19.

But at the half-way mark, Chris, in a defensive mode, takes another look at the interesting "flashlight" video he hawked the other day.

Apparently Twitter slurs affected Chris by stating the video was faked -- a flashlight used to create the images. An analyzer and pal discuss the video, which is strange but not without reservations of various kinds.

Australian journalist Ross Coulthart "authenticated" the video provider but there remains a number of questions.

The accounts noted by a Puerto Rico journalist with credible witnesses and interesting photos go to an older set of sightings and alleged abductions that have a ring of credibility about them. 

But are they credible...Really? (See comments below)
