N.B. A Real Roswell Account

As Bryan Daum notes in a comment about the History Channel’s final airing of its Greatest Mysteries “Roswell” series, the explica- tion was pathetic.

But early morning Monday [12/28] Newsmax – a TV “program” – streamed a two-hour 1997 program about with Roswell (for its 50th anniversary), with host actor Patrick Macnee.

That “old show” was flush with information and participants from the actual 1947 Roswell time-frame, plus many UFO enthusiasts and timely 1997 investigators, including my younger-looking pal Kevin Randle, the peripatetic Don Schmitt, Stanton Friedman, Philip Klass, Don Berliner and others.

UFO sightings in the 1947 time-frame were noted, with media notices, and public reactions.

The Mogul “explanation” was covered, along with the possibility of the incident involving a secret U.S. military craft accident, and, of course, the ET account.

All aspects of the “Roswell incident” were shown splendidly and with newsworthy verve, not like the History Channel’s sloppy, debilitated program.
