Okay, this sneaked up on me because of a careless ROKU remote key press, and I stuck with it (as some of you like this guy -- Professor Simon Holland.

He recounts an episode that came his way from a "legitimate" scientific fellow, he insists; a fellow who claims that the astro- nomical group (which he names) he works with made contact in 2019 with an extraterrestrial species in a star system 11 light years from us.

Simon posed questions about this iffy proposition, mentioning that contact with ET eleven light years from us would take 11 years for that contact to get to us and another 11 years for our response to get back to the source.

But the legitimate scientist said that they communicated in real time -- using Quantum Tunneling!

Professor Holland then goes on to explain, almost confusingly, quantum tunneling, concluding with the proposition that the account appears to be possible but whether it is true, real, or actual, he (Holland) doesn't know.

I thought some reading here would find the video interesting.
